Here you can find the links to your child's holiday concert songs. Please play them at home if your child would like to practice outside of school! Our concert is Tuesday, December 6th 2016 at 9:30 am and 1:30 pm.
This week in Second Grade we are singing springtime and Easter songs! We learned a new song called "Speckled Eggs". We figured out that the beginning of our song had three quarter notes, a quarter rest and a repeat sign and we had to repeat that 3 times through. We figured out what HALF NOTES are in our song and we got to play along with our song on the colored xylophones. It was a lot of fun getting our brains going and trying to do so many skills at once, singing, playing, and adding beats!
